link bomb or link bombing
Noun phrase. The practice of pointing large numbers of manipulative links (which use targeted, unnatural anchor text) from many Websites at one document or Website with the intention of tricking search engines into ranking the targeted destination above other, more relevant documents. Often described as Google bombs these campaigns may work with many search engines. Link bombs are a form of Negative SEO (q.v.).
